v~day~

valentines day eugene...couldn't do it, had to let it go and stop the fall back plan before i hit my head and went unconscious^3. so i festered, and bantered my way into quiting once again...didn't quite have the master plan, but too many to not try. i landed in my bosses office around 3pm and asked if i could chat with him, now...he could tell something was on my mind, since i chatted with him yesterday as well and told him about my interest in working 1 day a week, and telle-commuting the rest of the week. i let him know that i did not want to be living in two towns at the same time and i needed an out, thus no place to live at the start of the month equated to no job, either. he understood with my outside interests and was happy i talked with him first, since it was my friend that hired me, who is both our bosses.

so tonight i went to painting class and attempted my first model pick in a long time. i am no where near finished, but was happy with the results. next week she'll continue the pose and i'll post the entire picture with her reclined on two chairs.

i decided to post a couple pics from last weekend of artist friend jacquelyn and her long time staff writer friend, lainy. they made a lovely sauteed mushroom entree over wheat pasta with a healthy salad and a vegan apple pie. Yum!

I also took a photo while driving to work in the morning fog along the coastal mountain range. And lastly a pic of my first working tea pot with hollow spout! I want to make more of these since they actually pour thru the spout.

So, tomorrow night is Neko Case, then Friday is glass sculpture from 2-5, then the vagina monologues that eve, glass sculpture all weekend long and Halie Loren at Luna on Sat night! Not a bad next few days!!!

Aside from all the entertainment, come 2 weeks, I will be church slain, making my way thru all the loose ends that need to be tied up.
