Preliminary Home Design

Had a good flight with a new home concept after viewing a vintage cabin.

The home above was the most recent but a little too large and challenging to maintain and keep warm in the winter, so a pass.

The home below was wonderful, but the owner didn’t want to negotiate. He has since lowered his price, but the place really needs a lot of maintenance after being long deferred and I like my lot/location/view and other amenities better. Regardless, the interior is worth noting.

This was the first draft. It’s worth it to model in CAD at this point.
